CAUGHT IN 'RETAIL THERAPY'?

Where are all my single gals in their 30s who just checked out that skincare we've been meaning to try? Just came out from the boutique where that perfectly-flattering jeans can be found? Had the perfect shade of red lippie from the department store?

We all have ways of coping with life circumstances. Some would want time with themselves, or travel with their loved ones.. but for us who want that dash of happy hormones, don't worry.. it's perfectly natural to make shopping our cardio!

You go girl for that shopping spree you want. You worked hard, took care of a lot of people and situations! Be healed in retail therapy. Go. You deserve this! 💪
