Yesterday, I asked you to guess where I was. 😊

And yes, this is the famous Sunken Garden of UP Diliman. 🌳
For many years, Eto Ang favorite place for walking, jogging, fun runs, and creating memories.

As I stood here this morning, I was reminded that taking care of our health can be as simple as taking a walk and appreciating God’s beautiful creation. 🙏💕

Sometimes, peace is found in the simplest places.

I refuse to wait until I can no longer walk 🌸🙏

Today was Physical Therapy Day. I don’t feel knee pain, but my X-ray shows early osteoarthritis.

So I’m choosing to act now lose weight, swim, exercise, and strengthen my legs and back.

Growing older is a blessing, but staying active is a choice 💕

Taking care of our health is one of the best gifts we can give ourselves and the people who love us.

Kapag dumadaan tayo sa UP Diliman, madalas nating makita ang Oblation ang pinakakilalang simbolo ng UP.

Likha ito ng National Artist na si Guillermo Tolentino noong 1935. Ipinapakita nito ang isang lalaking nakabukas ang mga braso at nakatingala sa langit, sumisimbolo sa pag-aalay ng sarili para sa bayan nang walang hinihinging kapalit.

Today, we visited Wonderhome Naturals to explore their plant-based and environmentally friendly products. 🌿✨

I haven't personally tried them yet, but my niece has been using some of their products and has had a positive experience so far. It's always wonderful to discover products that are made with care for both our families and the environment.

Once I've had the chance to use them myself, I'll gladly share my own experience and thoughts with everyone.
