Join our growing team at ACE Outsource!

We’re looking for a Supervising Bookkeeper who will lead and mentor a group of bookkeepers, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency across client accounts.

✅ What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Strong background in bookkeeping and accounting principles
🔹 Experience in leading a team (preferred but not required)
🔹 Knowledge in complex accounting entries
🔹 Highly organized and detail-oriented
🔹 Proficient in verbal and written English
🔹 Able to review and coach for performance improvement
🔹 Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks knowledge is a plus)
🔹 Willing to work the graveyard shift

📍 Work Location: Tankulan, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and great with numbers? We’re looking for a Bookkeeper to join our team in Tankulan, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon! Candidates must be residents of the area or willing to relocate.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✔ Trainable and teachable (NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)

What You’ll Do:
✅ Maintain accurate financial records
✅ Process invoices, payments, and payroll
✅ Reconcile bank statements and accounts
✅ Assist with financial reports and budgeting
✅ Ensure compliance with tax and accounting regulations
