The SEC-Cebu Extension Office warns the public to BE VIGILANT and NOT transact with a person or group of persons representing LOAN STAR INVESTOR CORPORATION that is using a fake SEC Certificate in victimizing the public through a scheme called ADVANCE FEE LOAN SCAM or ADVANCE FEE LOAN FRAUD where the victims are required to pay a certain amount in exchange for the release of the loan.
