I mean once something has been budgeted for, you will be able to spend that money without feeling guilty. Many people actually say that they find "extra" money after they create a "realistic" budget and stick with it. How amazing is that? 😃

Marami ako nakausap ang sabi sakin saka nalang muna, hwag ngayon eh wala daw time, wala daw siya pera, bka daw ma scam nnman ako hehe. Sagot ko heto yung sinasabi mo saka nlang ganun din pagdating ng panahon magiging sagot sayo ng hospital pag magkakasakit ka tapos wala ka pambayad saka kanalang din magpahospital kpag may pera kana. Yung sinasabi mo hwag ngayon balang araw ganun din sasagot sayo ng mga kamag anak mo or mga kaibigan mo once nagkasakit ka at tipong hihiram ka sakanila wala sila isasagot sayo kung hindi hwag ngayon.yung sinasabi mo wala ka time ngayon baka balang araw sagot din sayo ng mga taong inaasahan mo mag aalaga sayo wala akong time mag alaga.. at yung sinasabi mo ngayon na wala ka pera kapatid, brad kaya nga kita gusto tulungan ipasok sa img eh dahil alam kong wala kang pera dahil realtalk in life mahalaga parin ang pera para sa mga pangangailangan mo balang araw hwag mo idahilan na hindi mo naman yan madadala sa hukay pag wala kana be positive mindset dont be selfish sa mga maiiwan mong pamilya alam ko nman na alam mo rin sa sarili mo gusto mo rin maging secured ang future nila. Subukan mu mag aral about financial literacy i guarantee to you na hindi ka magsisi tulad ng mga kilala ko kaya be positive mindset.

There will always be people who do not care about your Costs, Time, Effort, they rather let other people cheat them, allowing others to earn, then supporting someone they know. Cause in their heart, they will always be thinking, 'How much did he earn from me?' instead of "How much did he SAVE/MAKE for me?"
This is a classic example of a poor person's mentality!

Bigyan kita ng idea..
Sa Bangko, pag nagpasok ka ng pera, ikaw ay depositor. At si Bangko, ipapasok nya ang pera ng mga depositor sa isang investment vehicles na may 12% interest rate which is Mutual Funds, so si Bangko ngayon ay investor.. Kung ikaw ay depositor at nag iinterest lang ng 1% sa bangko, Si bangko, dahil business minded, syempre iinvest nya sa may mataas na interest rate na 12% . Kapag kumita ang bangko ng 12% interest.. natural kumita ka rin 1% interest lang. Nakanino ang 11%? At sino ang kumita ng malaki? Kanino pera ang ginamit ng Bangko?

Nasagot mo ba yon tanong ko? Kung ikaw ay Depositor.. gusto mo ba maging Investor? At gusto mo ba mag invest sa MUTUAL FUNDS.
