‼️STRICT RULE:
Participation in Choir Practice is REQUIRED.

Any choir member who does NOT attend the scheduled practice for a particular mass or event is NOT allowed to sing on the actual celebration.

Reasons:

To ensure proper blending, harmony, and timing.

To maintain discipline and respect for the ministry.

To avoid mistakes during liturgy.

To honor the effort of those who attended rehearsals.

Guidelines:

1. Members must attend at least one full rehearsal before singing for the upcoming mass.

2. If you miss practice (even with reason), you must inform the choir leader.

3. Only the choir coordinator/conductor can give exceptions in very special circumstances.

4. Repeat violations may affect membership status.
