Many Christians believe that God provides a solution when the problem comes. And He certainly does.
But sometimes, God provides the solution long before the problem arrives.
Consider Noahโs Ark.
God did not give Noah the ark when the rain started falling. He instructed Noah to build it years before the flood came. While the skies were still clear, Noah was already preparing for a storm that had not yet happened.
The ark was Godโs provision. The flood simply revealed why it was needed.
The same principle applies today.
Many people pray for Godโs protection, provision, and guidance, yet overlook the opportunities He gives them to prepare in advance. They expect a miracle during the crisis while ignoring the wisdom, resources, and opportunities God has already placed in front of them.
Preparation is not a lack of faith.
Noah built the ark because he believed Godโs warning. His obedience was evidence of his faith.
In the same way, preparing for the future is not a sign of fear. It can be an act of wisdom and stewardship. Sometimes Godโs provision doesnโt arrive in the middle of the stormโit arrives years before it, waiting for us to recognize and embrace it.
The rain eventually came.
The question is: if God places an โarkโ in your life today, would you recognize it while the skies are still clear?
