I am always in awe with what these two(2) VERY young ladies have been up to - great leaders, committed Feast servants, dedicated students, young entrepreneurs and many more.
One time when we were in a Summit, I outrightly asked them why they were there when they could have enjoyed their youth and spend time with peers somewhere else. I can't exactly recall their answers but I understood that they were happy and they loved to be there. It seemed like they were called for it.
After the event, we sort of formed a bond and i became their designated go-to "Tita". They supported me in my undertakings and i became their guidance counselor. But the best part about it is that we are all dreamers and we love grinding to achieve them.
They are waayy younger than me but we clicked because of our yearning for growth and our passion for service brought us together.
Last week, one of them told me that she's scared of the unknown as she is entering the "adulting phase". I think ALL OF US ARE. There is always this expectations and the fear of not being able to meet them.
I told her, for as long as you know your strengths, what you can offer and know that God has the best plans for you, you will endure the not so beautiful aspects of life.
Why am i posting this? Because today as i prepare myself for my hustles, i felt overwhelmed and scared of the long list of tasks waiting for me. Yes, these two ladies are my angels. They always remind me of my strengths and why i keep doing what i do.
To Prian and Zelajay, THANK YOU for simply being who you are. Remember, the world is all yours for your taking. You have what it takes to conquer it because you are God's amazing champions! Keep on sparkling! ✨️💖
