No doubt, SUNLIFE is always true to it's Promise❤️

This approved claim is for Me. Yes i was diagnosed with stage3 BC last Sept 23, and I'm on going medication until now.

Sino bang mag eexpect sa family namin na tatamaan ako ng ganitong sakit without known history with any of my family nor relatives. The mental, physical and emotional stress is exhausting every chemo sessions and it hits me hard..

NO Hair
Dark nails
Weak bones and muscles
Constant headache
Loss of appetite and Nausea

Naalala ko pa ang sabi nung Surgeon ko after she reads my biopsy result.. "Maraming test bago tyo mag gamutan sana mapagawa mo agad, kasi yung iba kaya lumalala ang case nahihirapan na silang ipagawa ang mga test pa lang dahil medyo may kamahalan" . And true, hindi lahat ng test ay sagot ng HMO, i paid some of my test in cash. Paano pa ang gamutan? Luckily, i have GOD, my families and friends at my back, that's what keeps me going.

Hindi ko din inaasahan na maaapproved agad ang claim ko kasi i only got this policy March of 2023, ilang beses pa lng ako nakahulog sa policy ko😅 I was only able to fullfill all the requirements last December. Yet now, SUNLIFE got my back, i no need to worry❤️

Reasons why I got my own personal Health Insurance kahit na may HMO ako.

1. Hanggang 250K lang usually ang maximum coverage ng HMO. Health insurance will fill the gap sa pambayad ng hospital bills. If wala kang insurance, out of the pocket na ang pambayad.

2. Since yung HMO ko ay galing sa company, paano na ako kapag nagsara yung company or nagresign ako or kapag retired na ako..?

3. Makakapili ako ng sarili kong doctor at kung saang hospital ko gusto magpa admit. Hindi ako limited ng affiliated hospital/doctors ng HMO.

4. Until age 70 lang ang kinocover most ng HMO, while Health Insurance covers me until my 100th birthday.

5. Level premium, hindi na ito yearly magiincrease from the time na nagavail ng health plan.

6. Health insurance also serve as Life Insurance. so kung hindi ko man sya magamit as health, may makukuha pa din ang beneficiary ko para magamit nila sa final expenses ko.

HMO and Health Insurance is not competitor. They complement each other.

I have 3 true to life stories to share;
👷🏻‍♂️1 OFW who worked in New Zealand for 10yrs got diagnosed with Colon cancer. In less than a month, they sell their house after using up their savings.

👨🏻‍💼A rich family who’s into business, the head of the family got sick. All of their assets got drained. God called him home, leaving the family a huge hospital bill and an exhausted business.

🙋🏻‍♂️A young millenial that has a lot of stocks, mutual fund and cash. Got diagnosed with critical illness. All paper assets gone from very expensive hospital bills.

Thank you Lord!! Hindi mo ako pinabayaan sa laban kung eto, Almost two years nakipag sapalaran para naiwan na family ng client ko. 😭
Two quarter pa lang naihuhulog, at 4mos. Pa lang na aapproved ang policy nya, that time ng namatay ang client ko.. under contestability kaya thorough investigation ang ginagawa ni Sun life, na halos umabot napo kami sa 3rd investigator.. wala namang itinagong sakit ang client ko, kaso complicated ang cause of death, kaya natagalan ang investigation..Salamat sa pamilya ng client ko , nasi kate na matyagang nag comply ng mga requirements kahit sobrang tagal at hirap humingi sa ospital na kinamatayan ng nanay nya.. Salamat sa aking kumare Mafe Consul Mojica, sa matyagang pag iintay ng result.. at sa mahabang pang unawa sa akin , na katulong kong mag paliwanag sa pamilyang naiwan.. Salamat sa tiwala mo. Sobrang tagal kong pinag pray, kinalungkot at kinatakot, pero eto na ngayon.. madedeliver ko na din ang pangako ni sun life sa mga naiwan ni Jeny! 💛❤️
