At the 2026 Financial Institutions Training Center (FITC) Employee Engagement & Experience (E3) Conference, Group Head, Human Resources and Administration Director, Inlaks, Adetokunbo Ayo Ogunsanya represented us in conversations shaping the future of work.
With the theme “Delivering Workforce in the Digital Age: Productivity, Accountability and Performance through AI and Hybrid Work,” the conference brought together leaders committed to redefining workplace excellence through a digital lens.
As a panelist on “Building the High-Performance Workforce: Leadership, Culture and Operating Models for Sustained Performance in a Digital and Hybrid World,” she shared insights on what it takes to build high-performing teams.
“High performance in the workplace is driven by purpose, clarity, and trust. Organizations must intentionally design cultures where accountability is enabled by transparency, and productivity is powered by the right blend of systems and human connection.”
She emphasized that sustainable performance in a hybrid world requires:
• Leadership that is adaptive, empathetic, and data-driven
• A culture anchored on trust, inclusivity, and continuous learning
• Operating models that balance flexibility with measurable outcomes
Her contribution reinstates our commitment to building a workforce that thrives at the intersection of innovation, collaboration, and performance.
