Several popular stocks are trading significantly below their all-time highs:

NAHCO — 42% down
ARADEL — 32% down
FIDSON — 38% down
ZICHIS — 64% down
MTN — 15% down
ZENITH — 13% down
GTCO — 18% down

But before you rush to buy, ask yourself:

Is the business still strong?
Are earnings growing?
Is the current valuation attractive?
Has anything changed fundamentally?

A price correction can create an opportunity to buy a quality company at a more attractive price.

The goal isn’t to buy because a stock is down.
The goal is to identify when the price is attractive relative to the value of the business.

You don’t necessarily need to choose the “highest-paying” career.

Choose a career where you can become exceptionally good, highly valuable and financially smart.

Which one would you choose?

School fees are getting harder to fund, especially when you are also dealing with rent, food, transport, healthcare and other rising expenses.

One thing that can help is to stop looking at school fees as a large bill that appears every term and start treating them as a planned annual expense.

If your child’s school fees are ₦400,000 per term, that’s ₦1.2 million across three terms.

Instead of waiting for each ₦400k payment, you can gradually work towards the annual amount by setting aside money each month.

And if you’re saving for a short term goal like school fees, remember: you don’t need to chase the highest returns. You need to protect the money and have it available when the bill is due.

Start with what you can afford. Increase it when you can.

What’s your biggest challenge when it comes to planning for school fees?

Save this post for your next school fees planning session.

Your environment can shape what you believe is possible.

Don’t be afraid to connect with people who are ahead of you. Learn from them, build genuine relationships, and add value too.

It’s not social climbing. It’s intentional growth.

Sometimes, the opportunity you need is in a room you haven’t entered yet.
