KEFC is a microfinance institution with 20 branches across Ogun state and in other to reach out to more customer and expand to other state we need the service of dynamic, goal oriented and motivated candidate for the post below:
CREDIT SUPPORT OFFICER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan and manage customer accounts.
• Gather customers and market information to update business units on product and current trends.
• Manage relationship with key customers as customer point of contact at every level.
• Explore opportunities with existing customers for Upsell to increase product sales to customer and Cross sell to increase engagement with customers.
• Proper management of groups and individual customer to ensure continuous relationship
• Customer implementation to ensure proper operational handover and implementation to meet customer’s expectations (SLA’s & SOPs).
• Coordinate with the Business Development team & Operations on customer enquiries, business reviews & account planning.
• Work collaboratively with partners other staffs and actively engage in sales lead generation process (incoming and outgoing) for business growth.
• Support Finance in control of credit and collections.
• Ensure regular repayment of the disbursement made to the customers
