探望了让我吓到的客户 医药卡还没满一个月就意外受伤了😨
收到消息后, 第一时间建议 & 指导 怎么处理,看医生,住院等, 再帮忙处理进院手续。之后到去探望, 看到情况不太严重就放心了🥹
这样的时刻也时常提醒我,作为保险代理人,真正重要的是在客户需要的时候能马上帮到忙💛 也很替客户庆幸买了医药卡, 也庆幸是意外才能claim, 不是等待期中患上疾病❣️
Visited a client who shocked me. Had an accident injured just under a mth after getting her Medical Card.
When I got the news, immediately gave advice & guide on what to do next—seeing the doctor, which hospital to recommend, how to handle admission, and so on. Then helped with the admission, and later only went to visit. Thankfully, the injury wasn’t too serious.
Moments like this always remind me that, as an insurance agent, the most important thing is being there for my clients when they need help the most.
I’m also feel fortunate for her that she had medical card before this accident, and luckily it was an accident, so he could make a claim without worrying about the waiting period.
