近期，本公司发现有不明人士冒用本公司名称、Logo、地址及资料，对外联系公众及客户，甚至涉嫌进行误导及诈骗行为。为避免公众受骗，特此声明如下：
1. YCE Wealth Management PLT 在此郑重声明，一名自称 “Jackson” 的人士，并非、也从未是本公司的员工、代理、合作伙伴或任何授权代表。
2. 任何由该人士所提供、推广或声称与本公司相关的服务、配套或承诺，均未经本公司授权、认可、委托或与本公司无任何关联。
3. 本公司在此提醒公众及客户提高警惕，谨慎核实相关人士身份，以避免任何混淆、误导或诈骗行为。
4. YCE Wealth Management PLT 一向重视公司声誉及公众利益，并将保留对任何冒用本公司名义、进行不实陈述或未经授权活动之人士采取法律行动的权利。

Recently, our company has discovered that certain unauthorized individuals have been misusing our company name, logo, address, and information to contact members of the public and customers, including suspected misleading and fraudulent activities. To protect the public, we hereby issue the following statement:
1. YCE Wealth Management PLT wishes to inform and alert the public that an individual namely “Jackson” is not, and has never been, an employee, agent, partner, or authorized representative of our company.
2. Any services offered, promoted, provided, or claims made by this individual are not authorized by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or related to YCE Wealth Management PLT in any manner whatsoever.
3. We strongly advise the public and customers to exercise extreme caution and to verify the identity of any person claiming to represent our company in order to avoid confusion, deception, or fraudulent activities.
4. YCE Wealth Management PLT is committed to protecting its reputation and the public from such misrepresentation and unauthorized activities, and reserves the right to take legal action against any individual or party involved.
