ඔබ Business එකක් ආරම්භ කිරීමට බලාපොරොත්තු වෙනවාද ? Business eka පුද්ගලික සමාගමක් / ( Private ) Limited විදියට register කර ගන්නේ කොහොමද? දැන් එය අපහසු කටයුත්තක් නොවේ.
එය පියවර කීපයකින් සිදු කර ගන්න පුලුවන්.

- Reserve Your Company Name / ව්‍යාපාරයේ නම තහවුරු කර ගැනීම
ඔබේ ව්‍යාපාරයට unique name එකක් තීරණය කර එය දැනටමත් වෙනත් business එකක් reserve කර නැති බව තහවුරු කර ගත යුතුයි.

- ඔබේ Business registration එකට අවශ්‍ය documents ( form 1, article of association, consent forms, form 18,19) ඔබේ firm එක මගින් ඔබට සකසා ඔබේ ව්‍යාපාර ලියාපදිංචිය සිදු කර ගන්න පුළුවන්.

- ඔබේ documents අදාල ලියාපදිංචි ගාස්තු සමග ROC, submit කර ඔබගේ ව්‍යාපාරය පහසුවෙන් ලියාපදිංචි කර ගන්න පුළුවන්.
ඔබට ලියාපදිංචි සහතිකය, ලියාපදිංචි අංකය සමග ලබා ගැනීමත් සමග ඔබේ business එක officially register වෙලා අවසානයි.

- ඉන්පසු ඔබට bank account එකක් open කර, ඔබගේ tax registration ( TIN ) අංකය ලබා ගෙන ව්‍යාපාර කටයුතු පහසුවෙන් සිදුකර ගන්න පුළුවන්.

ඔබේ මුලු වාර්ෂික ආදායම Rs 1,800,000 ( මාසික අදායම Rs 150,000 ) ඉක්මවන්නේ නැතිනම් ඔබට , 2025-04-01 සිට ඔබේ බැංකු තැන්පතු පොලියෙන් අඩු කිරීමට නියමිත AIT / WHT බදු මුදල අඩු නොකරන ලෙස ඔබේ බැංකුවට ප්‍රකාශනයක් ලබා දෙන්නේ දැන් හැකියාව තියෙනවා .

මේ සදහා ඔබ කලයුතු වෙන්නේ සම්පුර්ණ කල ප්‍රකාශනය ඔබේ Bank එකට ලබා දී අනුමැතිය ලබා ගැනීම. ඔබට TIN number එකක් නැත්නම් ඔබ පළමුව Tax Registration Number එකක් IRD එකෙන් ලබා ගෙන අයදුම් කරන්න පුළුවන්. ඔබට Declaration / ප්‍රකාශනය පළමු comment එකෙන් download කරන්න පුළුවන්.
