ប្រកាស០៦៣ អ.ស.ហ.ប្រក. ស្តីពីកាតព្វកិច្ចដាក់តម្កល់របាយការណ៍ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុប្រចាំឆ្នាំ និងដាក់របាយការណ៍ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុឱ្យរងសវនកម្មឯករាជ្យ នឹងមកជំនួស ប្រកាសលេខ ៥៦៣សហវ.ប្រក ស្តីពីកាតព្វកិច្ចដាក់របាយការណ៏ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុឱ្យរងសវនកម្មឯករាជ្យ។

ប្រកាស០៦៣ បានធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាព ទៅលើប្រភេទសហគ្រាសដែលរងសវនកម្មឯករាជ្យជាកំហិត (ប្រការ៨), ប្រភេទសហគ្រាសដែលស្ថិតក្នុងលក្ខណៈវិនិច្ឆ័យយ៉ាងតិច ២ ក្នុងចំណោម ៣ (ប្រការ៩), ប្រភេទអង្គភាពមិនស្វែងរប្រាក់ចំណេញដែលត្រូវអនុវត្តកាតព្វកិច្ចសវនកម្មករាជ្យ(ប្រការ១០), ការអនុវត្តកាតព្វកិច្ចសវនកម្មករាជ្យលើរបាយការណ៏ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុតាមគម្រោងរបស់អង្គភាពមិនស្វែងរកប្រាក់ចំណេញ(ប្រការ១១) ។

ប្រការ ៨ ដល់ ១១ នៃប្រកាសនេះ ត្រូវអនុវត្តកាតព្វកិច្ចសវនកម្មករាជ្យ ចាប់ពីការិយបរិច្ឆេទគណនេយ្យ២០២៦ តទៅ។

VSD Audit and Assurance Co., Ltd. was honoured to support the TAFTAC Tax Forum 2026 as speaker and panellist. The forum was organised by the Textile, Apparel, Footwear & Travel Goods Association in Cambodia (TAFTAC), in collaboration with the General Department of Taxation (GDT), and was held on 23 July 2026 at the General Department of Taxation.

On this occasion, Ms. Fong Vathana, Partner and Founder of VSD Audit and Assurance Co., Ltd., delivered a presentation and participated in the panel discussion on “Value Added Tax (VAT) Refund”, sharing practical private sector experience relating to the VAT refund mechanism, key implementation challenges, and recommendations to further strengthen compliance with tax laws and regulations.

The forum was attended by senior management and officials of the General Department of Taxation, tax professionals, private sector representatives, TAFTAC members and leadership, providing an important platform to exchange views and discuss key tax matters, as well as to identify practical solutions for business implementation in Cambodia.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the Textile, Apparel, Footwear & Travel Goods Association in Cambodia (TAFTAC) and the General Department of Taxation (GDT) for organising this important forum to promote cooperation between the tax administration and the private sector, and to enhance awareness, tax compliance and transparency in the fulfilment of tax obligations in Cambodia.
