Job Description:
Support management by performing basic accounting duties. Which include preparing invoices, recording bills, employee’s claims, deposits cheques in bank, processing payments, payroll processing, creating financial reports, preparing tax forms and maintaining financial databases and spreadsheets.
Coordination with vendors, documents filing and management, assist the management in workflow management of staff and trainees, preparation of client service MIS.
Candidate Profile:
Graduate in commerce with working knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, Quickbooks, Zoho Books, knowledge of tax laws will be an added advantage, the candidate shall have good knowledge of MS office applications.
The candidate shall have excellent communication skills.
Experience:
Upto 2 years in similar role.
