🚨 GST Alert: Reversals Required Under Rule 37A! 🚨

Reversals required under Rule 37A On or Before 30th Nov, 2025 and After that Once Supplier file 3B / Pay Tax, then buyer reavail ITC

Rule 37A was introduced by NOTIFICATION No. 26/2022 – Central Tax Dated 26th Dec, 2022.

If your supplier hasn’t filed GSTR-3B within 180 days from the date of invoice, you must reverse the ITC (Input Tax Credit) availed on such invoices. Once the supplier files the return and pays tax, you can reclaim the ITC.l

👉 Applies to invoices issued after October 1, 2022
👉 Must be reversed in GSTR-3B of the following month
👉 Keep track to avoid interest & notices

स्टेट GST। महिला अफसरों का यौन उत्पीड़न स्कैंडल।

एक चौंकने वाले घटनाक्रम के तहत पीड़ित महिला अफसरों के खिलाफ विभागीय जांच बिठा दी गई ताकि वो अपना बयान बदल लें। या फिर शिकायत के लिए मना कर दे।
लेकिन स्टेट GST नोएडा की महिला अफसरों ने अब बोल्ड मूव करते हुए लिखित और सामूहिक दस्तखत के साथ अपर आयुक्त IAS अधिकारी संदीप भागिया की शिकायत की है। महिला अफसरों के यौन उत्पीड़न के बेहद सनसनीखेज इल्ज़ाम के बाद भी IAS अधिकारी का बाल बाँका नहीं हुआ बल्कि पीड़ित महिला अफसरों पर ही जांच बिठा दी गई।

महिला अफसरों का दावा है कि सेक्सुअल हैरेसमेंट और वसूली के प्रमाण उनके पास हैं। लेकिन फिलहाल अभी तक किसी तरह की औपचारिक जांच के आदेश नहीं हुए हैं।
