Forum for Women in Leadership - WILL Forum India "Forum for Women in Leadership - Will Forum India" focuses on the powerful areas where women can nurture their distinctive leadership styles

The Forum for Women in Leadership is a unique and deeply committed mandate that will bring together senior women executives in leadership positions from across corporate India for an open dialogue on their aspirations, opportunities, nurturing mind-sets, mentoring and harnessing the rewards of collective thinking for improving the workplace in the coming years. The WILL Forum has formally mentored

over 600 senior women executives across industry through the
"WILL Creating Women Business Leaders Program" who are now part of the extensive WILL Mentees network and community. The WILL Forum also conducts the “WILL Executive Education for Women” to support and inspire women to enrich their careers in the organization, and for companies to attract, retain and nurture women executives. Each year, the WILL Women's Choice Awards recognizes those women and men who are creating aneco-system for nurturing women leaders and diversity best practices in their organizations, and the WILL Awardees include BP Castrol, IBM India, KPMG, Deloitte India, Genpact, Tata Consultancy Services, Tata Steel, Robert Bosch Solutions, Mahindra Group, Amazon India, GE India, and others. The WILL Awardees are honored at the Annual “ WILL Women in Leadership Conference" in Mumbai. The WILL Forum has also released over 14 Research Reports covering the dynamics of women and gender issues in corporate India -- including the WILL Handbook on "50 Best Practices for Women in the Workplace,” WILL-KPMG survey report on "Differentiating Styles of Women in Corporate India,” and
