If simpleng ulam or dinner "lang" ang noche buena nyo bukas, Dec. 24...

If di mo afford makapag-shopping or mag-regalo, kasi tight talaga ang finances this year...

If wala man lang kayo Christmas tree o Christmas lights...

If di man lang kayo makapasyal o makakain sa labas...

It's okay.

These things are nice to have, but they are not required.

Remember, JESUS is the MAIN CHARACTER of this season. Hindi ikaw, hindi ang sitwasyon mo sa buhay, nothing about us.

All about Him ☝

The Birthday Boy that we are celebrating lived a simple, humble, low key life from the time he came as a baby, to His death on the Cross, to the time He went back to heaven.

So if your Christmas celebration is "simple & low key", it's totally fine. 👌

Mas masaya yung sama-sama, mag-usap usap over coffee tapos sasawsawan ng bikswit or tinapay. 😋

Sana hindi tayo puro cellphone ang kaharap.

For once, let's disconnect to connect.

Alam ni Lord na when I was starting out, secretly ang desire ko ay magkaroon ng clients na doctors. Kasi hindi sila mahirap kausap because they of all people know gaano ka-gastos ang magkasakit at ma-ospital.

Super appreciated nila ang value ng pagkakaroon ng insurance.

Today, He added another medical practitioner to my roster of clients in the medical field.

Ang sabi ko kay Lord nung pumasok ako sa profession na ito...

“Lord, I want to glorify you here. I wanna make you known.

I want my life, my story & my achievements to reflect the kind of God I serve and the God who sent me in this business.”

Alam ni Lord ang nasa heart ko.
If given the chance, gusto ko maipakilala siya and tell of His grace and goodness to all people.

Today, tinupad ni Lord ang heart’s desire na yan during our Branch Business Meeting through my BM & mentor Lailanie Molod Robles 🥰

FANTASTIC FEBRUARY!🥳

Short story time:

Sometimes I wonder if the posts I share ever resonate with anyone.

Or if anyone is actually reading them...

Little did I know that Client 2 is a silent reader of my posts about financial planning and insurance.

One day she reached out and told me that she and Client 1 (her husband) are interested in getting life insurance, critical illness insurance & retirement fund.

On the day of our meeting (Jan 28), they tagged along Client 3 (sister of Client 2), who is also interested in getting critical illness insurance & start her retirement fund while she's still young.

Later that night (same day), Client 3's partner -- Client 4, was also interested in getting his own insurance & starting his retirement fund.

Fast forward to today, 2 out of 4 submissions are already issued!
Their policies were issued just 2 hours after submission.

Praying that the other 2 will soon be issued. 🙏

What's the point of this post?

1. God is the ultimate orchestrator of events.
Client 2 and I haven't talked to each other for years. The last time we actually saw each other was in 2014.
Fast forward to 2022, not only is their family's income protected but her sister's family, too!

2. I love this purpose-driven profession.
Everytime I talk to my prospective clients, I help them uncover the gap in their financial needs/goals.
I help them uncover their unknown target number.
At the end of every meeting, I feel good knowing that I was able to educate them -- whether they get a policy or not.

3. I love that this career is taking part in nation-building.
You may not realize how, but our career as Licensed Financial Advisors is also helping build a wealthy nation, a wealthy Philippines.

I am not selling life insurance.
