Kya aapko pata hai ki ghar ya building bechne par GST lagta hai ya nahi? Schedule 2 ke mutabiq, sale of building par GST tabhi applicable hota hai jab consideration Occupancy Certificate (OC) se pehle aa jaye. Matlab agar aap under-construction property kharid rahe ho aur construction ke dauran payment ho rahi hai, toh GST lagega.
