We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic sales team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting our products or services, and generating leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products or services.
- Provide information about our offerings, answer customer inquiries, and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and transactions with customers in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve overall sales goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role for at least 6 months.
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English.
- Ability to engage customers over the phone and build rapport effectively.
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong desire to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Familiarity with CRM software or other telecalling tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
