NDS Group is looking for ambitious, energetic, and leadership-driven professionals to join our growing team as Task Force Leaders (TFLs) across Bihar.

If you have experience in field sales, team building, manpower management, leadership, or business development, this could be the right opportunity to grow with us.

📍 Position: Task Force Leader (TFL)
🌍 Location: All Bihar
💰 Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month*
👥 Team Requirement: 1 TFL = Minimum 12 NGPs (NDS Growth Partners)
🎓 Qualification: Graduation in any stream preferred
💼 Experience: Field Sales and Team Handling experience preferred

Key Responsibilities: Build, maintain and lead a minimum team of 12 active NGPs, drive assigned projects and business targets, manage daily field operations and reporting, train and support team members, and ensure quality, productivity and overall team performance.

⚠️ Important Salary Condition: The salary range of ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month is subject to company policy, assigned targets, active team strength, attendance, productivity, performance, project availability and successful achievement of defined KPIs. Candidates must maintain the required active team structure of 1 TFL = 12 NGPs as per company norms.
