The latest ICAEW Business Confidence Monitor for the final quarter of the year showed +12.9, up from -0.4 in the previous quarter.

Graham Lamont, chief executive, said, “It’s good to see business confidence back up again in our region, especially after seeing a drop earlier in the year.”
