things might seem steady — but there’s movement happening beneath the surface.

The Bank of England has lowered the base rate, and this could affect your mortgage, savings, and borrowing costs.

𝙃𝙚𝙧𝙚’𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬:
🏡 𝙈𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙜𝙖𝙜𝙚: Tracker rates may drop, but fixed rates might not move right away.

💷𝙎𝙖𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨: You might see slightly lower interest returns. This is where a diversified portfolio is important.

🤝𝘽𝙤𝙧𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙜: Personal loan and credit card rates could shift - but don’t count on big changes yet.

My favourite kind of day is back-to-back clients… but I’m sneaking in 5 minutes in the sun to enjoy the simple things ☕️🍪 because life’s all about balance.

This garden furniture finally got built on Saturday (with the help of my brother-in-law, sister-in-law — and of course, my husband!). The sun hasn’t shown up since, so I’m grabbing the moment while I can! … also who knew rattan furniture could be so fiddly to build!?🙈🙈, lesson learnt😂! And thank goodness for the help!💛
