Another fantastic morning with the BNI Iceni Chapter, who meet every Tuesday morning in East Harling from 6:45am to 8:45am.

Today we were delighted to welcome 9 visitors, all joining us to experience first-hand what BNI is all about, building relationships, supporting local businesses, and generating opportunities through trusted referrals.

We also took time to recognise members for their excellent efforts throughout February, with the awards presented by Sara Kelly, our Area Director Consultant.

👏 Luke Carroll of Lock East - Master Locksmith was recognised for achieving the most 1-2-1 meetings, continuing to lead by example in building strong relationships within the chapter.
👏 Kelsey Cram of Freedom Recycling was recognised for passing the most business and for achieving an impressive 100 points during the month.

Our 10-minute presentation this week was delivered by Colin Peat of Cosy Carpets, who gave us an interesting insight into the world of flooring, covering everything from choosing the right materials to understanding what makes a high-quality installation.

We also celebrated the winners of our recent internal GT Games, with trophies presented to the winning team:

In addition, Luke Carroll also received his trophy for achieving the highest number of points during the 8-week game, a fantastic achievement.

BNI Iceni Chapter – March Meeting Round-Up

We met bright and early this morning for our first meeting of March at BNI Iceni, where we reflected on a fantastic February and celebrated some outstanding achievements within the chapter.

Director Consultant, Sara Kelly, was on hand to present awards to our high-achieving members, recognising the incredible commitment and results delivered over the past month.

A huge congratulations to our Chapter President, Luke Carroll of Lock East - Master Locksmith, who received a certificate for the most 1-2-1 business meetings completed in February. Luke continues to lead from the front, demonstrating the power of relationship-building within BNI.

We also celebrated Kelsey Cram of Freedom Recycling, who achieved an impressive £212,000 worth of business passed in February, earning her the award for most business passed. Kelsey was also recognised as Member of the Month, a well-deserved double achievement.

Both Luke and Kelsey are proud members of the 100 Point Club, a milestone achieved by only four members across Norfolk, a fantastic accomplishment and testament to their consistency and dedication.

The chapter also wrapped up our 8-week GT Challenge, where members were split into four competitive teams:

Team Rolls-Royce
Team Cadillac
Team Lamborghini

After a close and competitive finish, Team Lamborghini crossed the line first. The winning team consisted of:

Another great Tuesday morning for the BNI Iceni Chapter, meeting in East Harling from 6.45am to 9.00am.

We were delighted to welcome Dan Kelly, our Chapter Director Consultant and BNI Norfolk owner, who joined us to present awards to this month’s notable achievers. It’s always brilliant to take time to recognise the commitment, effort, and results our members put in for one another.

Jake Carroll was subbing whilst on half-term for our Secretary Treasurer Kelsey Cram of Freedom Recycling who had passed the most business.

A special congratulations also goes to Jack Frances of Eastern Carpentry & Building , who was presented with his Passport to Success certificate, a fantastic milestone and a great example of members fully embracing the BNI system.

We also enjoyed an excellent 10-minute feature presentation from Damien Bradfield of Bradfield AC & Refrigeration, who delivered a clear, engaging insight into his business and how members can best support him with quality referrals.

What a fantastic start to the day at BNI Iceni this morning. Another high-energy, focused meeting packed with quality conversations, strong referrals and real business being passed around the room. The momentum in the chapter continues to build week on week.

What a fantastic and high-energy meeting we had today at the BNI Iceni Chapter!

The room was buzzing from start to finish, helped along nicely by our smart new tablecloths, a brilliant upgrade that really lifted the look and feel of the chapter. A big shout-out to everyone who helped get everything set up 👏

We also had some well-deserved recognition to celebrate. . .

Damien Bradfield of Bradfield AC and Refrigeration was presented with a certificate by Iceni Chapter President Luke Carroll for passing the most business last month - a superb achievement. 🎉

Kelsey Cram of Freedom Recycling was recognised for completing the most 1-2-1s, showing exactly how relationships drive results.

John Williams of Not Just Travel was crowned our Member of the Month, thoroughly deserved. 🌟

Our feature presentation came from Una Holland of Total Employment, who delivered a clear and engaging talk on how she supports businesses with both temporary and full-time employment cover, hugely valuable for many of our members and their contacts.

A great start to the year for BNI Iceni Chapter, as members gathered this morning for our first meeting of 2026.

Despite snowy conditions and a rather chilly start, a number of brave and committed members still made the effort to attend, a true testament to the strength, dedication, and community spirit within the chapter.

The meeting set a positive tone for the year ahead, with strong conversations, quality referrals, and a shared focus on supporting one another’s growth throughout 2026. If this morning was anything to go by, it’s shaping up to be a productive and successful year for Iceni.
