Many congratulations to JFC Limited on winning the Pepperells Solicitors Innovation Award at the North Lincolnshire Business Awards recently. We actively supported this start-up and provided them with office space. The company has created Europe’s’ largest hydroponic plant, capable of growing 400 tons per year of fresh herbs and salads. Proof if proof were needed, that to succeed in business hard work and determination can turn an idea into a successful business.

The Ryedale edition of The Handy Mag is well established. We were pleased to hear that they are also now introducing a new leaflet distribution service in Ryedale. Always good to hear that someone has been able to turn their life around. This support not only benefits the individual and their family, but also society.

We are beginning this week with another good news story from a client of ours who has completely turned his life around!

During mental health awareness week we thought we would share the work of Veterans Woodcraft based in Richmond North Yorkshire. A number of the veterans who make beautiful art works in wood have a mental illness and the wood craft has a therapeutic benefit. Last month their work was featured Mackenzie Thorpe Arthaus Gallery. The support of Mackenzie Thorpe, a local artist with a global reputation, boosted the confidence of these veterans.
