The Limited Company vs Sole Trader question is something which is always being discussed at length, probably because every business is different and what fits one
business/person might not fit another.

We often see smaller businesses starting off as Sole Traders purely as it's easier to get going (or sometimes what started as a hobby just got a bit bigger!)

You might automatically think that being a larger business means you have to be a Limited Company but we act for some much larger businesses who are quite comfortable with their structure and have no intentions of changing from a Sole Trader.

Our director Katie qualified as a Chartered Accountant with ICAEW in 2011 and has worked hard behind the scenes to build Vaughans Accountancy.

Every other weekend Katie can be found watching Newport County with her son and enjoys going to live music events with her husband
