🔑 The keys to our new office 🥹

It might not look like much to some but to us this is a massive milestone towards building the future of Savage&Co. 👏🏽

As we continue to grow and welcome more amazing customers and take on bigger challenges, one thing we never want to lose is the customer service we pride ourselves on.

That’s why we’re reinvesting in the business and bringing on a new member of staff (hence the extra desk👀) who’ll be dedicated to helping our customers with queries, setups and making sure they get the absolute most out of their systems.

We’re also investing in ourselves by continually learning, upskilling and getting to grips with new products, technologies and options so we can continue to provide incredible solutions for every type of customer and business.

This isn’t just an office to us, it represents growth, hard work, reinvestment and a vision for where we’re going next! 2019 Aidan would be very proud. 🥹

My face when someone says it’s been a whole 365 days since me officially joining Savage&Co 😱

This month marks one year working alongside Aidan and helping him continue to build the business he has worked so hard on since 2019. It has been nothing short of a pleasure 🥹

The past year has been filled with amazing conversations, new opportunities, exciting beginnings and most importantly so many incredible local businesses. I just love hearing your stories and watching you succeed in building something you once dreamed of 🥹

We’re a husband and wife team, based in the North East and I’m incredibly proud of the reputation we’ve built - being local, approachable, offering hands-on customer support and most importantly, providing fair and honest pricing.

On a more personal note, there’s something I’m particularly proud of this year…

77% of the businesses I’ve brought on board have been female-owned businesses here in the North East. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

And honestly, that means so much to me!!

Supporting other women in business within our local community is something I genuinely feel privileged to be able to do. I love being able to offer honest, transparent and relatable advice in an industry that has traditionally been so male-dominated. 💳

We’re looking for a friendly, practical and tech-confident person to join the team at Savage&Co.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and getting to grips with technology.

You’ll be supporting our customers, helping them get the most from their EPOS and payment systems, providing training and building strong relationships along the way.

You don’t need previous experience in EPOS or payment systems. We’re much more interested in finding someone who is approachable, practical, keen to learn and ready to grow with the business.

Two stand-alone card machines installed at The Highlander Taphouse 🍻

A new venture for one of our existing customers, who also owns the Spread Eagle in North Shields.

They needed two machines to keep payments moving smoothly in their busy new tap house. After helping them make a significant saving on their payment costs at the Spread Eagle, we were delighted when they told us they wouldn’t use anyone else for their latest venture!
