Talk about money, don't avoid it. Money is a major part of our everyday lives, sometimes it brings us joy, often it brings anxiety, stress, sleepless nights etc., Don't ignore it, the problem won't go away, it will still be there when you wake up. Talking about it helps to ease the tension and to see a path through it.
