Payment: We take internet security issues seriously and are committed to ensuring your information is stored and handled safely and privately. We accept all major credit and debit cards via Paypal, Cheque (Made Payable to Lisa Jones) or BACS (please ask for details when ordering). Payment for stock pieces is made at time of placing order. For Bespoke or Custom requests payment can be made in two
parts, the first (non-refundable deposit, to cover materials and design work) is payable on agreeing your design, the second (balance plus postage) will be due on completion of the piece. Please allow up to 21 days for your piece to be designed and made. In accordance with consumer rights you have the right to cancel your order and you have 14 days in which to do so. This can be done by downloading the cancellation form here which once completed can then be emailed to [email protected]
Delivery: Shipping is from the UK, so please take this in to account when ordering especially if overseas. In stock orders will be shipped in no more than 5 working days. Contact me if you need you piece shipped quickly (eg Next Day) and I can adjust postage costs accordingly. We happily ship worldwide and shipping prices reflect this. If you would like an estimate of expected delivery times please contact me and we shall check on this for your destination. We ship via Royal Mail and occasionally MyHermes (in the UK only). As a minimum I use Royal Mail Second Class Signed For service and postage costs reflect this, because a signature is required on delivery we cannot ship to PO Box Addresses. Postage costs also include the cost of packaging materials involved in the safe delivery of your piece. Your hat/fascinator is packaged securely in acid free tissue and boxed. Hair accessories are packaged in padded envelopes. You are responsible for any duties, customs charges and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country. Please do not ask me to reduce the value on customs forms, this is illegal and not something we will do. We can not be held responsible for delays in post once your item has been dispatched due to customs clearance or other unforeseen events. Bespoke/Custom orders - if you are placing an order with me for a bespoke or custom order it can take up to 21 days for me to complete your piece. If you have a short deadline please do not hesitate to contact me and I will see what can be done to accommodate you. Bespoke/Custom pieces are shipped on completion once payment has been made in full and will normally be shipped next day. Refund Policy: If you are not happy with your order then you can return it to me for a full refund as long as it is returned in the condition it was sent out, within 14 days of the sale. The buyer is responsible for meeting the return postage costs. Refunds will be given via the method you originally paid for the order and will only be issued once the returned items have been received and inspected. All returned items must be unused and unworn. Bespoke/Custom Pieces are NOT eligible for refund due to the personal nature of their design and construction. Mailing List: As of 13th June 2014 we will no longer be able to automatically add new customers to our mailing list. Therefore your email confirmation of your order will now contain a link to sign up to our mailing list should you choose to do so. We promise that we will never share your information with other businesses or individuals and will never sell our lists on.
