We’ve been a little quiet on social media recently, but for a very good reason… we’ve been busy welcoming lots of new clients on board! 😊

On Friday, I spoke with a business owner who had been considering whether to move from being self-employed to operating through a limited company.

Like many business owners, he had questions:

• Is it worth it?
• What are the tax benefits?
• What are the downsides?
• How would it affect the way the business operates?
• Is now the right time?

After a quick chat and a detailed breakdown of the numbers, we were able to compare both options and look at the potential impact on the business moving forward.

Once the figures were laid out clearly, the decision became much easier.

The outcome? He’s now taking the next steps towards setting up a limited company with a structure that better supports his future growth plans.

They needed clear advice, real numbers, and someone who can explain what those numbers actually mean for their business.

A lot has been happening behind the scenes recently at MP Tax & Finance, which is why things have been a little quieter on social media.

We are now fully back up to speed, with new client onboarding, meetings, tax return submissions and ongoing business support all in full flow.

I’m also pleased to confirm that, due to continued growth and demand, we have now expanded the team by bringing on an additional accountant. This has allowed us to open up further client availability moving forward.

Quick update — I’m away in Benidorm for the weekend with the football boys 🍻☀️

I’ll still be checking messages where I can, but replies may be a little slower than normal. I’ll be fully back on Tuesday and straight back into onboarding, client work and getting through the waiting list.

Just back from a short break away by the sea and straight back into it.
