Is it worth taking a step back and seeing how it is directly impacting you? It's all too easy to get wrapped up in the narrative. Maybe you have some savings, maybe you cashed in on historically low interest rates for the past 10 years or maybe you are getting a pay rise to offset inflation?

Recessions are caused by fear, how much of that fear may be caused by media, news articles and statistics.
