And suddenly:

No dramatic changes to the business.

But behind the scenes:

“I know I need to look at my numbers… I just haven’t.”

Not because people don’t care.
Because they’re unsure what they’ll find.

Avoidance isn’t a time problem.

It’s an emotional one.

But here’s the reality:
Every day you don’t look… the uncertainty grows.

And uncertainty is what leads to poor decisions.
