Because our business only grows by word of mouth, our customer service has to be excellent. People only recommend something if they're happy!
I've tackled obstacle in garages to install broadband routers.
I've switched sim cards for customers.
I have also helped a customer get a replacement card when the dog chewed the current one & it didn't work anymore with a tooth mark straight through the chipππ¦·π
Going the extra mile for my customers is something I take pride in!
Plus if our customer service team at our headquarters are ever needed, they've got awards coming out of their ears too! π
