Davenports Group Celebrates Continued Success in Apprenticeship Excellence

At Davenports Group, we believe that investing in people is one of the most important investments a business can make. Our commitment to developing apprentices has been at the heart of our growth, and we're proud to celebrate a series of achievements that reflect that dedication.
Our journey of success began in 2023, when Davenports Group was recognised as one of the Top 50 SME Apprenticeship Employers, achieving an impressive 37th place nationally.
Just three years later, our commitment to developing future talent was recognised once again as we climbed to 35th place in the 2026 Top 50 SME Apprenticeship Employers rankings. Moving up two places demonstrates our continued investment in apprenticeships and our ambition to provide outstanding opportunities for people starting their careers.
In 2025, we were honoured to receive the prestigious Lancashire Apprenticeship Awards SME Employer of the Year, a recognition that celebrated our dedication to creating meaningful career pathways and supporting apprentices to reach their full potential.
Building on that success, we were also proud to be named finalists in the 2026 Lancashire Apprenticeship Awards, reinforcing our reputation as an employer that continues to champion learning, development and professional growth.
