What an amazing turnout for yesterday’s One Big Walk for Mental Health, with almost 200 people coming together!

Jamie Skelding, Kevin Johns and Kerrie Given took part in the walk alongside many others from the local community.

It was great to see such incredible support from Solihull Women's Stride Squad CIC and Men Walking and Talking.

Both groups continue to do brilliant work in creating welcoming spaces, where people can talk openly about their mental health without pressure.
