We’re on the lookout for a motivated Telesales Representative to help us reach more customers and smash those sales targets.

What You’ll Be Doing
Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce our products/services.
Presenting our offers in a clear, friendly way — and closing the sale where possible.

Building rapport, handling questions or objections, and tailoring your approach to the customer.

Keeping detailed, up-to-date records of calls and customer info in our CRM.

Hitting individual sales targets and helping the team hit overall goals. ££

Who We’re Looking For
A confident communicator who loves chatting to people over the phone.📞

Someone with a positive, driven attitude and a bit of resilience — telesales isn’t always easy, but it is rewarding.

You ideally have some sales, telesales, or customer service experience (but we’ll consider keen beginners too).

Comfortable using CRM tools and keeping accurate records.
