#𝗛𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚! 𝗖𝗘𝗘𝗖-𝗭𝗧𝗣𝗖,
(HSE Supervisor)
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:-
· Bachelor's degree or other relevant fields.
· Certification in HSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) is a must.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the renewable energy sector and Construction.
· Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
· Proven experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing safety management systems.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Very good in English (spoken and written) & Proficient in MS Office.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆:
· Ensure full compliance with all HSE regulations, company policies, and site-specific safety standards.
· Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
· Monitor work activities to ensure safe practices, use of PPE, and adherence to safety procedures.
· Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with root cause analysis and corrective measures.
· Maintain records of all incidents and ensure timely reporting to the HSE Engineer.
· Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness sessions for Construction teams.
· Ensure all personnel are trained in emergency response procedures.
· Supervise implementation of emergency drills and ensure availability of emergency equipment.
· Coordinate with site management during any emergency situation.
· Maintain HSE logs, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
· Report daily/weekly HSE performance indicators to the HSE Engineer (including incidents, inspections, safety observations, and corrective actions).
· Collaborate with site supervisors, maintenance teams, and contractors to enforce HSE standards.
· Support the HSE Engineer in implementing safety initiatives and continuous improvement measures
· Submit Daily Reports – include site safety observations, inspections, unsafe acts, and any corrective actions taken.
· Submit Weekly/Monthly Reports – summarize incident trends, training activities, compliance status, and any recommendations for improvement.
