◙ Requirements:
• Ages: 15-25 years old
• Location: Vietnam, Switzerland, and all over the world
• Have a great passion to pursue finance, business, and sustainability.
• Be responsible, passionate, collaborative, innovative, and dedicated to your work.
• Be open to new ideas and ready to contribute your opinions.
• Have previous experience in your applying position, working in NGO, non-profit, club and/or currently study and/or work in the field of finance, business, investment, sustainability, education, marketing and/or social justice. (This serves as an advantage, not required)
• Have fair English proficiency.
• Use Docs, Sheets, Drive professionally.
• Have the ability to both work independently and in a team.

• Receive Certificate in English with Red Stamp from the NGO Keep It Beautiful Vietnam after completing 6-month volunteering and 95% of your tasks.
• Work and learn in a professional, supportive, collaborative and inspiring environment.

MISSION
To enlighten and mobilize a diverse group within Vietnam’s and global financial sector on ESG fundamentals, propelling a transition to responsible and sustainable investment practices that consider environmental, social responsibility, and ethical governance.
➼ Goals:
⦾ Enhance awareness and comprehension of ESG criteria to corporations and investors in Vietnam, Switzerland, and all over the world through educational programs, media outreach, and publication.
⦾ Facilitate ESG principles incorporated into global investment strategies, financial products, and business administration of global financial factors through consultancy.
⦾ Develop a robust ESG investment knowledge base tailored to the Vietnamese and international market with professional research and analysis projects as well as informative discussion like seminars.
⦾ Establish a network of ESG-focused professionals and organizations in Vietnam and globally with business partnerships and collaboration.
⦾ Influence ESG-supportive policy-making and regulatory frameworks through influential public-advocacy campaigns on both national and international scales.

NHIỆM VỤ (Mục tiêu) VÀ TẦM NHÌN

NHIỆM VỤ
Để khai sáng và huy động một nhóm đa dạng trong lĩnh vực tài chính của Việt Nam và toàn cầu về các nguyên tắc cơ bản của ESG, thúc đẩy quá trình chuyển đổi sang các hoạt động đầu tư có trách nhiệm và bền vững, có tính đến quản trị môi trường, trách nhiệm xã hội và đạo đức.
➼ Mục tiêu:
⦾ Nâng cao nhận thức và hiểu biết về tiêu chí ESG cho các tập đoàn và nhà đầu tư tại Việt Nam, Thụy Sĩ và trên toàn thế giới thông qua các chương trình giáo dục, tiếp cận truyền thông và xuất bản.
⦾ Tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho các nguyên tắc ESG được tích hợp vào chiến lược đầu tư toàn cầu, các sản phẩm tài chính và quản trị kinh doanh các yếu tố tài chính toàn cầu thông qua tư vấn.
⦾ Phát triển nền tảng kiến thức đầu tư ESG vững chắc phù hợp với thị trường Việt Nam và quốc tế với các dự án nghiên cứu và phân tích chuyên nghiệp cũng như các cuộc thảo luận đầy thông tin như hội thảo.
⦾ Thiết lập mạng lưới các chuyên gia và tổ chức tập trung vào ESG tại Việt Nam và trên toàn cầu với quan hệ đối tác và cộng tác kinh doanh.
⦾ Tác động đến các khung pháp lý và hoạch định chính sách hỗ trợ ESG thông qua các chiến dịch vận động cộng đồng có ảnh hưởng trên cả quy mô quốc gia và quốc tế.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Green Growth Capital is an international non-profit project working towards the goal of advancing sustainable finance and investment in business operation and society. Our project is managed by the non-governmental organization Keep It Beautiful Vietnam (KIBV) which aims to develop sustainability in Vietnam and internationally.

The project is based in Vietnam and Switzerland. Our team includes volunteers from all over the world and we operate all of our activities on a global scale. Our initiative is to organize impactful events and influential activities like research projects, publication, consulting, educational programs, public advocacy, business partnerships, fundraising, etc. to enhance sustainable investment and corporate finance due to ESG principles among Vietnamese stakeholders, including individual investors and corporations. Our project leverages the zeal and expertise of young volunteers, aiming to incorporate sustainable investment practices into the Vietnamese and international financial market.

Green Growth Capital là một tổ chức phi lợi nhuận quốc tế hướng tới mục tiêu phát triển tài chính và đầu tư bền vững trong vận hành doanh nghiệp và xã hội. Dự án của chúng tôi được quản lý bởi tổ chức phi chính phủ Keep It Beautiful Vietnam (KIBV) - một tổ chức với nhiều công trình đẩy mạnh sự bền vững tại Việt Nam và trên toàn cầu.
