Did you know May is mental health awareness month? When we first decided to offer educational courses I chose a passion of mine and developed two of the first ones to have a focus on mindfulness and the benefits of mindfulness in supporting our mental health. We will be launching more courses soon on finances as well as AI and of course, mental wellbeing. For the entire month of May, we’re offering our mindfulness courses for free! This will include any new wellbeing course offerings that we add before May 31, as well as some bonus guided meditation.
