সার্টিফিকেট ডাউনলোড করার পদ্ধতি:
ইবিএল স্কাইব্যাংকিং অ্যাপ-এ লগইন করুন → More অপশনে ক্লিক করুন → Certificate নির্বাচন করুন → প্রয়োজনীয় সার্টিফিকেট নির্বাচন করে ডাউনলোড করুন।

The National Board of Revenue (NBR) has officially launched the e-Return service for the 2026–2027 tax year.
Taxpayers can now conveniently submit their income tax returns online through the e-Tax portal. Timely filing ensures compliance and allows eligible taxpayers to enjoy the available incentives.

📢 Important Notice for Taxpayers

As per the latest requirement, the Tax Computation must be attested before submitting an income tax return to the Income Tax Authority.

The attestation can be provided by any one of the following professionals:

✔️ Chartered Accountant (CA)
✔️ Cost and Management Accountant (CMA)
✔️ Tax Lawyer

⚠️ Returns submitted without the required attestation on the Tax Computation will not be accepted by the Income Tax Authority.

We encourage all taxpayers to ensure compliance with this requirement to avoid any inconvenience during return submission.

বিশেষ আদেশ নং-১/২০২৬ জারি করেছে।

এই বিশেষ আদেশের মাধ্যমে ২০২৬–২৭ অর্থবছরেও অধিকাংশ স্বাভাবিক ব্যক্তি (Individual) করদাতার জন্য অনলাইনে (e-Return) আয়কর রিটার্ন দাখিল বাধ্যতামূলক রাখা হয়েছে।

📌 তবে নিম্নোক্ত ব্যক্তিদের ক্ষেত্রে বাধ্যতামূলক e-Return প্রযোজ্য হবে না—

✅ ৬৫ বছর বা তদূর্ধ্ব বয়সের করদাতা
✅ শারীরিকভাবে অসমর্থ বা বিশেষ চাহিদাসম্পন্ন করদাতা (প্রয়োজনীয় সনদপত্র সাপেক্ষে)
✅ বিদেশে অবস্থানরত বাংলাদেশি করদাতা
✅ মৃত করদাতার পক্ষে প্রতিনিধিগণ
✅ বাংলাদেশে কর্মরত বিদেশি নাগরিক

📌 এছাড়াও, e-Return সিস্টেমে নিবন্ধন বা কারিগরি সমস্যার কারণে অনলাইনে রিটার্ন দাখিল সম্ভব না হলে, সংশ্লিষ্ট উপকর কমিশনারের নিকট যৌক্তিক কারণ উল্লেখ করে আবেদন করলে এবং অতিরিক্ত কর কমিশনার/যুগ্ম কর কমিশনারের অনুমোদনক্রমে কাগজে (Paper Return) আয়কর রিটার্ন দাখিল করা যাবে।
