The National Board of Revenue (NBR) has extended the deadline for submission of income tax returns for the Assessment Year 2025–2026 by one month for all types of taxpayers, except Individual and HUF.

We are hiring a Junior Executive – HR & Payroll Operation who will play a key role in managing payroll processes, employee records, and recruitment support while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:
· Process and manage the end-to-end payroll cycle for employees.
· Calculate overtime, bonuses, and special payments.
· Maintain accurate employee records in the payroll system.
· Ensure compliance with Bangladeshi payroll regulations.
· Update and manage employee records and related documentation.
· Respond to employee payroll inquiries with professionalism.
· Utilize payroll software and tools to streamline processes.
· Generate payroll reports and maintain accurate documentation.
· Stay updated on tax and labor law changes impacting payroll.
· Support recruitment: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
· Contribute to team goals and work effectively under pressure.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
· Strong understanding of payroll procedures and regulations.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office and tech-savvy mindset.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
· Good writing and reporting skills.
