🚨 বাড়ি/ফ্ল্যাট মালিকদের জন্য অশনি সংকেত 🚨

যেসব বাড়ি বা ফ্ল্যাট মালিক মাসিক ২৫,০০০ টাকার বেশি ভাড়া আয় করছেন, অথচ তা ব্যাংকিং চ্যানেলের বাইরে (ক্যাশে) গ্রহণ করছেন—তাদের জন্য আসছে বড় ঝুঁকি।

জাতীয় রাজস্ব বোর্ড (NBR) খুব শিগগিরই অনলাইন আয়কর রিটার্নে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পরিবর্তন আনতে যাচ্ছে।
এনবিআর চেয়ারম্যান স্পষ্ট করে জানিয়েছেন—
👉 বাড়ি ভাড়া আয় দেখাতে হলে যে ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্টের মাধ্যমে ভাড়া গ্রহণ করা হচ্ছে, তার বিস্তারিত তথ্য আয়কর রিটার্নে উল্লেখ করতেই হবে।

❌ ব্যাংকিং চ্যানেলে ভাড়া গ্রহণ না করলে বা তথ্য গোপন করলে—
প্রদেয় করের সর্বোচ্চ ৫০% পর্যন্ত জরিমানা আরোপ করা হতে পারে।

📌 তাই যাদের বাড়ি ভাড়া আয় রয়েছে, তারা এখনই সতর্ক হোন।
ভাড়াটিয়াদের কাছ থেকে ক্যাশলেস পদ্ধতিতে (ব্যাংক/এমএফএস) ভাড়া গ্রহণ শুরু করুন।
সময় গড়ানোর সঙ্গে সঙ্গে আয়কর আইন আরও কঠোর হচ্ছে—পরিপালন ছাড়া বিকল্প নেই।

২০২৫-২০২৬ কর বর্ষের জন্য ব্যক্তি করদাতার করমুক্ত আয়ের সীমা ৩,৫০,০০০ টাকা থেকে বৃদ্ধি করে ৩,৭৫,০০০ টাকা করা হতে পারে ।
