🕵️‍♀️ The paperwork fairy has officially retired… 😂

Welcome to the world of AML/CTF Tranche 2.

From the 1st July 2026, accountants have a whole new set of compliance obligations. That means you’ll probably notice us asking for a few more documents and a few more questions than we used to.

No… we haven’t suddenly become detectives. 🕵️
No… we don’t think you’re up to anything. 😄

We’re simply required by law to:
✔️ Verify identities
✔️ Sight trust deeds
✔️ Confirm company and ownership information
✔️ Keep client records up to date
✔️ Carry out ongoing monitoring

It’s all about protecting Australia’s financial system and keeping everyone compliant.

So, if we ask for another document you’ve already given us years ago… please don’t shoot the messenger! 😅

Thank you for your patience as we navigate these new requirements together. We appreciate your support and understanding.

Many of you will know by now that Jason Campbell of Acton Campbell & Co and Michelle Muir of PRM Accounting have merged our two accounting firms to form JMC Partners.
Jason and I have worked closely together for more than 10 years, and we're excited to bring our experience, expertise, and shared values together under one banner.
By combining our teams, we're able to offer our clients an even higher level of service, broader expertise, and greater support as their businesses and financial needs evolve.
While our name has changed, our commitment remains the same: providing trusted advice, personal service, and practical solutions to help our clients succeed.
We would like to thank our clients, colleagues, and community for their continued support and look forward to this exciting new chapter together.
Welcome to JMC Partners.
