Introduction Post.

Hi everyone, I thought I’d take a moment to introduce myself 😊

I’m Jade, and I run Tradie Bookkeeping & Small Businesses.

I help small business owners get on top of their bookkeeping, systems, and day-to-day finances — whether that’s setting up Xero, organising your books, or helping things run more smoothly behind the scenes.

I understand how overwhelming it can feel when things fall behind or you’re not quite sure where everything is at. My goal is to take that stress off your plate and make things simple, clear, and manageable.

I’ve been working with a range of businesses, including trade and medical practices, and I genuinely enjoy helping people feel more in control of their business.

I’ve decided to start taking on more bookkeeping clients 🥰
Most of you know I already manage several clients.
Now I’m slowly growing my own client base, and I’d love to help more tradies and small business owners who are too busy (or just hate 😅) doing their books.
Here’s how I can help 👇
* Accounts Payable – entering & paying supplier bills
* Accounts Receivable – invoicing clients & following up late payments
* Payroll – wages, super, leave, STP reporting
* Bank Reconciliations – keeping accounts tidy
* BAS Prep – coding GST & preparing info for lodgement
* Cashflow Tracking – understanding where your money’s going
* Software Setup – Xero, setup & clean up.
Software - Fergus, Work Guru, MPower, etc.
* Admin Support – emails, quotes, chasing clients/suppliers
* Compliance – making sure ATO, super & payroll deadlines aren’t missed
