How many enquiries have I had lately about builders/construction companies not paying tradies/suppliers etc?? Way too many.......

It is getting worse all of the time so anyone in this space should be acting to protect themselves with good terms and conditions, getting any variations signed off and quoted for and getting BDM involved once it looks like they are a doubtful payer.

Every day there are companies like this going into liquidation leaving the creditors out of pocket. ASIC does nothing about it so you should protect your business and make sure you are supplying a creditable company (as best you can).
