We are a growing accounting and tax practice in Margaret River, WA, looking for a reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team!
🔹 Start part-time & transition to full-time as our practice expands.
🔹 Salary: $28–$34 per hour (depending on experience).
✨ Key Responsibilities:
✅ General admin support to the team
✅ Managing client communications (phone & email)
✅ Scheduling appointments & maintaining calendars
✅ Data entry & document management
✅ Assisting with client onboarding & record maintenance
✅ Liaising with the ATO & other relevant bodies
💼 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong organisational & time management skills
✔ Excellent written & verbal communication
✔ Attention to detail & ability to work independently
✔ Experience in a professional office environment (accounting/finance experience is a plus!)
✔ Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Xero Practice Manager & admin tools
