Fred and Angela Miethke have extensive industry experience with over 30 years involvement in design, manufacturing and customer service. Both Fred and Angela pride themselves in producing quality and stylish fine jewellery; they are so confident in the Image Gold product that they include a 100% money back guarantee on all online orders. Customer Service & Administration
Tim and Jane Gunton joined the team in 1999 to oversee customer service and the business administration. They are responsible for the daily operation of Image Gold and providing customer service to our valued clients and retail outlets. When you call, you will most likely hear Tim’s friendly voice on the other end. Tim’s background is in graphic design and Jane loves anything to do with accounting. Production
Leith, Fred and Alan are our Image Gold production team. Leith has completed a Bachelor in photography and is a photo-editing guru. She specialises in touchups, enhancing and combining images. Fred has been working on the jewellery bench for over 30 years and has a keen eye for detail and steady hands for fiddly fine work. Alan is the person who produces much of our Image Gold product. Born into a jewellery manufacturing family, his years of experience ensure that he consistently produces a quality piece of fine jewellery.

A: Yes, we have engraved cars, boats, horses, dogs, cats, budgies, fingerprints, tigers and even dolphins. Anything that means a lot to you or someone you love can be engraved onto one of our range of pendants.

Q: How many images can I put on my pendant?
A: We think our record is 8! However, the faces will be smaller, obviously, to fit them all in. Small images will still be clear, but may lose some finer detail and some of the 3D effect.

If there is one face on a pendant, it can be larger, and therefore see the detail better.
As a rule use the larger pendants for three or more images.
