When did you first hear about financial planning as a career? For most people, the answer could be : too late or never. That's exactly why our team showed up at the UQ BEL WIL Internship Networking Event yesterday.

Moments like this highlight how important it is to bridge the gap between university and the professional world.

Ayse is a Certified Financial Planner® with more than 10 years’ experience across institutional, wholesale and multi-generational advice. She previously ran her own financial planning practice and is currently in her third year of a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), reflecting her strong interest in behavioural finance and the human side of money.

Based in NSW, Ayse brings a practical, empathetic approach shaped by real life, raising two young children, living on a farm, and supporting individuals and families as they navigate busy lives and evolving priorities.

First, we don’t believe in dictating when our team should take their annual leave. People take breaks at different times, and flexibility matters.

Second, markets don’t stop, and neither do our clients’ needs.
